職位描述 |
職位職責(zé): 1、負(fù)責(zé)銷售合同的評審 2、負(fù)責(zé)Sales force的數(shù)據(jù)更新及報(bào)表的準(zhǔn)確性 3、協(xié)助銷售完成投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的標(biāo)書制作 4、負(fù)責(zé)銷售及其他大型會議準(zhǔn)備工作 5、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品樣品、禮品的庫存管理 6、辦公室日常事務(wù)支持 職位需求: 1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,具備一定的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力; 2、從事二年以上企業(yè)文員工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮; 3、熟悉辦公室行政管理知識;熟悉辦公軟件; 4、工作仔細(xì)認(rèn)真、責(zé)任心強(qiáng); 5、有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,有良好的紀(jì)律性、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)助作以及服務(wù)創(chuàng)新精神; 6、熟悉Salesforce.com優(yōu)先考慮; JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for the contract evaluation and review. * Responsible for the data update of the Sales force system and the accuracy of the report. * Cooperate with the sales to complete the tender production. * Responsible for sales and other large-scale conference preparations. * Inventory management of product samples and gifts. * Administrative work support. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor degree and above, good command at both spoken and written English. * 2+ years’ working exp in an office clerk function or related, MNC experience will be preferred. * Familiar with office administrative management; excellent PC skills. * Carefully and conscientiously, high responsibility. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good discipline, strong team cooperation and innovation skills. * Knowledge in Salesforce.com is a plus. |
